ADMINISTRATION & PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE

(A4) Contract for Engineering Services for Oakton Street Water Supply Connection/Village of Lincolnwood with Greeley and Hansen, LLC in amount of $222,217.00. Funding ffrom Water Fund (Account 513.71.7330.62145 – 419003), FY 2019 budget of $240,000, of which all of it is remaining. For Action

(A5) Contract for Engineering Services for Water System Vulnerability Assessment and Emergency Response Plan with AECOM (RFP 18-54) in amount of $294,804.00. Funding for study from Water Fund (Account 510.40.4200.62180). FY 2019 budget allocation of $545,000.00, all of which is remaining. For Action

(A6) Financial Advisor Services Agreement with PFM Financial Advisors LLC. Waive bidding process, approve and authorize one-year agreement for financial advisor services. Financial advisor services are paid by Debt Service, Capital Projects, and Crown Project Funds. fee amount is included when bond is issued. For Action

(A7) Contract with Bond Counsel Waive bidding process, approve and execute one-year engagement for bond counsel with Chapman and Cutler, LLP.  Paid by Debt Service, Capital Projects, and Crown Project Funds. fee amount is included when bond is issued. For Action

(A8) Service Provider Agreement with YWCA Evanston/North Shore 6-month agreement with YWCA Evanston/North Shore, cost $75,000, to provide 24-hour domestic violence services. Funds from Health and Human Services – Service Agreements Fund (Account 100.24.2445.62509). For Action

(A9) Grant Agreement with Youth Job Center Career Partnership Manager funding for $90,000 to help cover costs of position to help partnership between Youth Job Center, Mayor’s Employer Advisory Council, ETHS and other youth-support orgs. Funding from Good Neighbor Fund – Other Program Costs (Account 180.99.1800.62490). For Action

(A10) Agreement with ETHS Board of Education for Body Cams for school resource officers. For Action

(A11) Sale of City Property to ETHS  Contract to sell 1729 Dodge Avenue to ETHS for affordable housing. 2/3 majority approval required. For Introduction

(A12) Increase Liquor Licenses for Stacked and Folded Amending Class D Liquor License from 52 to 53 for Bad Dog House Evanston, LLC, d/b/a Stacked and Folded, at 824 Noyes Street. For Action


PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

(P1) Special Use Permit for Planned Development, Amend Zoning Map Deny approval of map amendment from R6 General Residential to D3 for 11-story office building with 76 on-site parking spaces. Requires 3/4-majority required. For Action
